We're experiencing an extreme heat emergency, so I'm getting my walk in right after I wake up. It's a good thing that I developed a yoga habit a week or so ago at that time. But, it probably means that my walk takes the place of the yoga for a few days.

I made my 1200 minutes (with some to spare) during this morning's water walk in the swimming pool.
I'm adding a bonus goal of another 400 minutes (for a total of 1600). Love these days when the pool is open! I can get in both morning and evening! |

I've really been enjoying this challenge. Thanks guys for helping me get back into exercise :D, especially gardenerjoy for managing these threads for us. :) In about a month, I've gone from being almost sedentary to consistently working out again, and that feels great. :) I'm even strongly considering signing up for Beachbody on Demand, excited at the prospect of having so many quality workouts to choose from at will. What's happened to me? :lol:
