Goal!
I'm so glad I joined this challenge. Many days, I even looked forward to my workout, something I hadn't experienced for a couple of years. Some days, like today, I wasn't feeling it, but I exercised anyway. Knowing I'm accountable here makes it easier for me to make the right choice on those days. :) This month, I've fully accepted that any exercise, even just my fav 10 min one from BBL, is far better than no exercise. That short workout still makes me sweat! I'm down over 5 pounds this month, which is a quicker loss than my norm. When I touch my thighs, I can feel firmer muscles in my legs. :) I'll definitely be joining next month too! :carrot: |
