Thanks for the warm welcome! I am at goal today ... I guess I was carrying a lot of water weight! I expect my weight loss to slow soon though. Next goal, lose 2 pounds by labor day.

Wow, I hit my second goal! And more than that, I am now below the weight I was when I "fell off the wagon" in July. So a rapid gain met by a rapid loss ... but it will get harder here on out. My next goal is to maintain through Labor Day. I will be watching my husband and sisters run a 10K (maybe someday for me) so I should stay committed to my diet even though they will want a huge brunch afterwards.

To my surprise and delight, I have reached my goal of 128 (first it was my goal for Memorial Day and I got only halfway there, so it then became my goal for Labor Day).

I guess the past week of Hurricane Harvey flooding helped...

I was 253.4 this morning, so I'm hoping by some miracle to lose 3.4 pounds between now and Monday so I can meet my twice revised goal (hey, crazier things have happened... Lol). Regardless, I still met my initial goal of 254 by Labor Day!
