My foot is improving. I am not waking up with the pain in my heel anymore, but I plan to baby it for a couple more weeks. Right now it's just kind of therapeutic to walk around the pool skimming it.


Beginning waist measurement: 42 in.
Goal waist measurement: 39 in. (or more!)

June 9 - 20 minutes cardio for 5 days, 2 rest days.
June 16 - 3 days cardio, 2 rest days, 2 cheat days.
June 23 - 2 days cardio, 2 days weights, 1 day yoga, 2 rest days.
June 30 - 3 days cardio, 2 days weights, one day yoga, one rest day
Waist measurement - 40.5 in.
July 7 - 3 days walking, 4 days stretches.
July 14 - 2 days walking, 1 day swimming, 1 day chair yoga.
July 21 - 2 days chair yoga, 1 day slow walking, 4 rest days.
July 28 - no exercise
Measure: Waist - 39.5 (only .5 til I reach my goal, yippee!)
August 4 - 1 day swimming, one day very slow walking :snail:, 2 days skimming the pool
August 11
August 18
August 25
Measure:
Sept. 1
Sept. 4 (Labor Day)
Total loss:

Goal #1 Keep moving and slowly increase walking/exercise as I am able
Goal #2 Get back on track with WW by Labor day. Starting with simple portion control.
Goal #3 Lose 10lbs by Labor Day. Including this week there are 7 weeks until then! I believe I can do it!

7-24: 290.8
7-28: 288.4 down 0.8! decided to change my weigh in day! On the right track now
8-4: 283.1 Yay! (-5.3)

Hi darlings! Hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Experienced an unjust weight gain this past week, ugh! Treated myself over the weekend and gain went away. Oh the irony...moving forward.

GulfMagnolia I know, right!? I'm so excited!! As I keep hitting the bigger and bigger loss milestones, the more optimistic I get that I can do this!! I think it has to do with gaining and losing the same 10lbs for the last 5 years. Now, I'm actually making a dent, a HUGE dent in this weight and it feels great!

My hope is to go from 255 to 245.

magistra I am glad to hear that your foot is improving! Swimming sounds so relaxing, I am so jealous that you have a pool!!

gulf Don't you love when that happens, there is just no rhyme or reason with this!! I'm glad that you ended up with a pound loss for the week!!
