magistra I see that you have walked a couple of days, how is that going?? Our weather has been unseasonably chilly, I hope we can get some HOT days before the summer is over for us!

kfunk Walking gets better every day. I still can't wear lace up shoes. I tried but the back of my heel is not ready. I continue to stretch and do my feet and leg exercises every day, so soon they should be good as new!

Thanks for asking! I'm impressed with your numbers! Your weight loss looks great! Have you gotten any hot days yet?

JRKESSLE AWESOME JOB!!! :chockiss:

kfunk6113 08-17-2017 08:05 AM

jrkessle Congrats!!

magistra I am glad that it is getting a little better with each passing day. Good for you for doing your feet and leg exercises everyday!! Thank you! I will unlikely make my goal, but have been doing pretty well with my food intake and my workouts, so I am happy with whatever my body decides to do! Not yet, but we have a couple days in the low 80's coming up this weekend. Usually we get a heat wave during our state fair which is coming up, so fingers crossed!!

I didn't get to swim, but today I'm all back to normal. This evening, after dinner, I skimmed the pool and got it ready so I can swim again tomorrow.
