Hey everyone!
Had a bit of a break from T25, due to laziness unfortunately, but I know myself well enough to know that these hiccups are to be expected! I definitely have to workout in the morning, I have a very set routine and if I get out of it then I feel like I'm off for the rest of the day playing catch up which stresses me out. I dunno, I've just learned to accept it now and make sure I work out in the morning before I do anything else! But 9 workouts done 81 to go.
My weight fluttered back up to the 173's as a result of laziness/overeating. My weigh in last week averaged at 172.4 lbs so I've put back on a pound this week so far. I think I'm going to try and maintain 173/172 for the next week or so because my parents are visiting tomorrow for just over a week, which is really surreal actually! I never thought they'd visit me so it was quite a surprise when they ended up booking the flights in December. They're currently swanning around New York but they'll be in the deep south from tomorrow. I've got a nice itinerary planned for them, not as action packed as when my friends came to visit but still we'll be doing a lot of activities. Mainly wandering, eating and hiking!
I'm planning to do a T25 on all the days except the ones where we're hiking, since I think that'd be over kill for my legs! So technically I'll be working out every day, but I love hiking so much that it won't feel like a workout. I am going to be indulging on the delicious food Atlanta has to offer while they're here though. I've warned them that money is a bit of a problem for us right now which they completely understand, so I've planned to eat in a lot of the nights and if they want to eat out they can do.
Anywho, I'm just ranting now! I may not be posting in as often while my parents are in town but we'll see! They're quite relaxed travelers and since they're staying at an Airbnb I won't feel so rushed in the mornings. They'll have to wait for me, mwahaha.

countrygirl & ButterCup85 - Welcome!!
lunaaabelle - Sorry to hear you regained the pound, but as you said, it's not so bad! I think when we regain we have to raise our hands and admit that we just didn't do enough, but knowing that we can always improve the next day. Walking is such a great way to lose weight on top of exercise, when I lived in a big city I walked everywhere and I think that's what kept off the weight for so long until I began horrifically overeating!
jessiegreene - Always look to the future and what good you can do when you make the right choices! Good luck!
Ophelia - You're doing an excellent job looking at your numbers!! Keep it up!!
Niecey - Hey, 2.2 lbs is still a great number!! I know it sucks when you know it could be better but sounds like you had a lot on your plate with radiation!! I'm so pleased to hear you kicked cancers ugly a$$.
wanna be cute - Well done!!
Farn - Vacations are a bugger like that, but I hope you had fun!! I'm sure that 8 lbs will fly off in no time. I lost 5 lbs of vacation water retention in a week so I'm sure with your plan of water/exercise you'll see those remaining 5 lbs fall off too
