  • My January goal is 500 mins.
    Jan 2nd- 40m lift + 20 m bike = 60m
    Jan 3rd- 20 aero + 20 bike, 40 + 60 = 100m
    Jan 4th- 30 aero = 25 bike, 30+25 +100= 155m
    Jan 5th- 30 lift + 20 bike, 55 + 155 = 210
    Jan 6th- 20 aero + 20 bike, 40 + 210 = 250
  • Ladies, I am so in with you! I am committing to this January challenge!

    I am happy to see the thread is still running and it's high time I joined in again. Here is the deal with me:

    I commit to at least 3x of formal exercise per week, if it's more fine! I don't see an injury taking place ,and barring any injury this is so what I want and need! I don't care if I do 15 minutes, or 20 minutes, or more! My goal right now is to get STARTED again and just do it and make it a habit. With this all being said, my schedule will look like this! The days I do not exercise I will come in and write none.

  • My goal is 400 minutes on the elliptical. I will do 20 minute sessions 5 times a week and record my mileage.

  • Missed my goal last month, since I basically took the last couple weeks off. Back on track now, same goal as before, 1200 minutes
