Thanks for the way-to-go's! This forum has really made me try to be accountable. I think my monthly goal was kinda measly though compared to others, lol! But I am pretty sure I have felt improvement in daily things. Like when I go down the stairs first thing after waking up, I am upright, not clinging to the bannister and going "oo eee ouch"

And a big singular motivator will be coming soon, I need cataract surgery and want to be in the best health I can for that, plus I won't be allowed to work out for about 2 weeks afterwards.

Thank YOU for your positive healing thoughts and blessings . It saddens me to tell you we had to put down Jethro yesterday. He had severe spondalosus and arthritis all along his spine. He must have been in pain for a long time. Last week his head went down and he started yelping a lot. Constant doses of high pain pills and steroids did not give full relief or change the level of inflammation. After nearly a week it was time to say goodbye.

I cried when I read this but as their protectors we have to make these HARD decisions for their sake. May Jethro's spirit shine on and you will remember him always!
