I'd like to get to my Ultimate Goal this year. Problem is, I don't exactly know what it is. Right now, I'm calling it 150. However, in the past 6 months I've really gotten in to heavy barbell training, and I know I'll have more muscle than I did the last time I lost weight. So for right now, I'll say 150, but I reserve the right to revise it as I see how my body transforms this year (absolutely no higher than 185). I'll weigh in on Sundays.

I know for a fact that I won't be hitting my ultimate goal weight for this because I'm at my highest weight and am just starting over again, but I'd still like to join this thread and set a goal weight for the year! I like the idea of a yearly thread in addition to monthly check-ins to keep an eye on the bigger picture...especially since I have always gone off track within 3-4 months after restarting each time. I'm hoping this will end that cycle and keep me accountable for the entire year. Speaking of which, since this is a full year challenge/check-in, I'm going to be using your 'weekly weigh-in for each month' template, VickieLou, just so it doesn't get too overwhelming by the end! Haha. Hope you don't mind. :)

Hello VickieLou and Thank you for starting this thread. I have been gone from here for a few years and of course almost gained back everything I lost. I love the idea of posting for the whole year and to see the actual difference every month as I lose the weight (again) :) This will really help motivate me :) Thank you and I too have copied your setup and hope that it is okay! Weight Loss Goal for 2017
I set weight loss goal every year multiple times but got failure always. I don't why because I go to the gym and reads about it on the internet but no success. This time trying something different and believing in personal trainer along with tracking device. Fingers crossed.

I did so well in 2015, and expected to get right past First Goal to Ultimate Destination in 2016 but instead regained about 2/3. This time I Will do it.
