Wow, I did a great job keeping up with this lol. It won't be hard to do better for June. ;) Unfortunately, not only did I not lose any weight since March, but I see that I'm starting a bit higher. I was 148.something on the scale this morning. Ah well, back to working on this! :carrot:

Yay! I love looking over everyone's results! It inspires me to keep going. Thanks to those of you who update- even if it's not regularly- I miss some but I try to write it down and update when I'm on! It's getting hot here in Texas. I'd love to be at 230 sometime in early august!

I've just started LCHF as a way of eating and I'm LOVING it. I cut out coke's and cut my fast food down immensely in May and went to only water and coffee. May 28th I cut the honey in my coffee and milk from my diet and went full low carb high fat. Much easier than I thought and there's great recipes. This is something I can do forever, and I will- with some oopsie meals apparently though! lol

I got some bad news yesterday and I went and bought Burger King- May be tmi but I spent all last night on the toilet with my head in the trash can at the same time. Last month I ate fast food 5 times I think. And it was all good and yummy and I didn't feel terrible until May 19th- I bought fast food and got sick that night and then yesterday- got sick again. I think I've learned my lesson- so here's to no bad food choices (or at least no fast food!) this month and maybe better weight loss as well as some exercise every week!

Hi everyone - I was away for a couple of months and ready to get back to my routine. I posted my weight for June on page 1. It's hard to believe but we are half way through this challenge.

That is about a 6 pound per month average, which I feel I can accomplish! I'll be continuing to work with my 1600 cal a day diet, and my 30+ minute walks with my dog every evening.

This Challenge is half-way done. How is Everyone doing? I haven't been doing very well. I won't be getting to my goal weight, but if I can get within 15 LBS of my goal weight that would be great. Good Luck, Everyone!

Checking in with both my May and June progress...June was especially a bad month overall, but I am getting back on track now. Hoping that July will be better! :yes:

5/27: 222.2 (-0.6 lbs) -- Weight from 5/26, since movers packed scale.

6/3: NWI -- Moving/Travel.
6/10: NWI -- Moving/Travel.
6/19*: 231.6 (+9.4 lbs) -- Did a LOT of damage during the move over the last few weeks. Ouch! :o
6/24: 227.6 (-4.0 lbs)

Total Loss: +3.2 lbs. -- My first gain month, but I have been able to mitigate some of the damage so far. Hoping July will make up for it!

I'm sad that we have passed the half-way mark and I have not made any positive progress, but I'm happy that I've stayed the course and weighed in each week. Can't say I'm a quitter! LOL

I still have a few months to go full speed ahead and make up for this lost time.

Am I too late to join? I'd love to get to goal by Christmas. I have 25lbs to go until I reach my official goal of 150 but ideally I'd love to get to 140. Hoping I can at least get to 150 by Christmas :hat:
