Now that it is the end of the first month, I am checking in. Hiiiii, lol. :wave: I will probably do my check-ins at the end of every month like this, since it is a full year challenge. Everyone is doing great so far...hope you all have a great February, as well! :)

Starting out a bit late, but would like the accountability for the year. :D
I will weight in monthly (or more if I have progress) and typically weight in on Sundays.

I am starting late, also, but logging my weekly weight so far. I would be happy to lose a pound a week until I reach a weight where I feel comfortable. No actual number goal in mind right now. Just glad to see a lower number by the end of the year.
