My goal is 80 miles of running in December.
There is no doubt in my mind: I will reach this goal. My weight is not changing much, maybe 1 pound lost, but at least I am maintaining, which is already an achievement for this time of the year. I'm working to establish a new habit -- 10 min of strength-training every day, mixing up muscle groups so that I don't over-do it. I've got a DVD for that. Two days, so far!
