My monthly Goals are: 8 lift sessions, 8 aerobic/walk sessions & 4 stretching sessions.


Lift sessions: -8 - Goal met
Aerobic/week sessions: - 8 - Goal met +2 = 10, you can see what I naturally tend to do. Thinking of what I want my challenge to be next month. Probably more lifting.
Stretch: - 4 - Goal met

All 3 Monthy Goals met!

My goal is 80 miles of running in December.

There is no doubt in my mind: I will reach this goal.
My weight is not changing much, maybe 1 pound lost, but at least I am maintaining, which is already an achievement for this time of the year.
I am planning on going on a cleansing one-week diet after Christmas, hopefully will meet weight goal that week.

Gardenerjoy - that's a great goal of trying to do 10 min of weights every day - I should probably do the same thing.
