My monthly Goals are: 8 lift sessions, 8 aerobic/walk sessions & 4 stretching sessions.


Lift sessions: 7 - hard to get myself to do this this morning, but thankful and feeling good for having done it!
Aerobic/week sessions:8 - Goal met
Stretch: 3
