I have done some walking this week, 30 min yoga 2 times. 1 30 min abs circuit workout. So I need 3 more yoga, I more workout for the week! And more walking.

Vermontmom - I did the same thing the first couple of months I participated...I think it actually provides more accountability this way, and encourages you to post every day. At least for me. Great workouts, btw!

rebelle, MonteCristo, and VermontMom: Yep! It's fine either way. The process can be easier to edit the original post, but you'll miss out on the opportunity for interactions. And, I'll likely miss that you made goal unless you make a new post to say so.

As of Nov 20, I have 610 minutes toward my goal of 900.
On pace to meet my goal (two-thirds into the month; two-thirds of the way to my goal).
