This first week of September has proven to be a bit more hectic than I was expecting!

09/07: Hoping to get in AT LEAST 60 minutes of cardio this afternoon!

DH is having back trouble, so not up to our normal 40 minute walk. But, this isn't enough exercise for me so I'm going to have to tack on some additional walking of my own.
