I was happy to see another lb gone as I have been having fun with a lady holidaying in the apt next door. We have been drinking and eating a lot.

We have been home bodies for the last 3 days so no walking - yikes. But it's our Sat rescue dog walk today and so we will be walking for 2 - 3 hours (we walk rescue dogs that are up for adoption).

I have been doing at least 30 min of stretches / work out while watching TV. I'm happy to add that back into my routine.

Keep up the good work everyone

JAMIELT - you have indicated a 3 not 2 in your weight .... looks like you have gained 100 lbs instead of loosing.

I need to eat better I know, so I am going to be good until I am done again and closer to my goal. Although, I know mother nature is getting her gift ready for me, which is due around for next week. After next week, the water weight should be gone. I found a weight loss buddy, so that should help. Oh, I am finally increasing my water intake too. I want to do at least near 100 ounces daily. Good luck everyone, two weeks to get closer to our goals.

I have been sloppy with my records but the weightloss is going fine. Just lost two pounds on a short weekend break, I ate quite a lot but clearly all the walking has done the trick. Just about a pound until my July goal! :carrot: Also I just reached my first minigoal. I kind of thought I would be here much sooner but hey, slow and steady, right?

That is better, the red river must be ready to come. Also, I have increased my water intake yesterday and plan on drinking the minimum of 101 ounces at least.I will reach my goal this month.

Slow going this month, although it’s my own fault. I’ve been doing a lot of gardening and other work around the house, and the hard work makes me hungry! So I’ve been eating more than normal. On the plus side, I’m only eating healthy meals, but I’m consuming larger portions and eating lots of snacks (fruit, yoghurt). Healthy or not, it all adds up. I toned things down about a week ago and I’m now starting to see a bit more movement. Not likely to make July’s goal, but at least I’ll see an overall loss, which is a plus!
