I'm back! I skipped last month because I was gone the first two weeks on holiday. I'm finally back down to my pre-holiday weight......but Aunt F is now in town, so it'll be up tomorrow.
My goal is to lose four pounds....I'll fill in numbers tomorrow. Good luck everyone! |

June was a useless month! I underwent surgery (minor) mid-month and, prior to the surgery, the doctor performed a procedure that meant I couldn't exercise for most of June. On top of that, I was swamped at work and had to travel for business. While away, my meal choices were limited. So, I spent most of June bouncing up and down on the scales. All in all, I managed to lose a few pounds in June, but not as much as I had hoped. In any event, I'm now on the mend from my surgery and I'm able to get back to my walks. So, things are looking up!
My goal for July is to break into the next decade, which will require me to lose 7 lbs.: CW: 176.0 GW: 169.0 |
I'm in! Finished the month at 143.4. Hope this is the month I hit 142 something!

I am going for SW: 240.4 (6/30) CW: 239.4 (-1.0) GW: 229.9 (-10.5 ... want to be in the 220's :cool:) Day one will most likely be an increase - heck of a way to begin the month, but it should be down hill from here on out :crossed: 7/01 - 239.8 SHOCK! I had 1800 + calories yesterday - not complaining 7/02 - 239.2 :D 7/03 - 240.0 Makes no sense... still not complaining ... just confused 7/04 - 240.0 thumbs up 7/05 - 239.0 (again ... a higher than norm calorie day and I'm down - still just confused and not complaining) 7/06 - 239.6 :D 7/07 - 239.4 7/08 - 240.0 7/09 - 239.6 :kickbutt: :rollpin: STOP IT, GAIL!! 7/10 - 239. 8 7/11 - 238.8 I think I've been playing in the deep end for this month ... need to quit playing around... 7/12 - 240.6 7/13 - 241.4 :yikes: I need to get serious here!! 7/14 - |

GW: 267.8 I really want to lose ten pounds this month! I think I can do it. I only lost 9 last month but that was still very close. I'm giving myself something to work for! I've suffered a leg injury unfortunately so my cardio is kind of taking a break right now. But I'm hoping my leg will get better soon enough and I'll be able to get back to my workout.
