Losing weight that doesn't want to be lost!
I want to lose 7 pounds by the end of the month. I don't want to consider it a diet, because I need a lifestyle change. I haven't stepped foot on a scale in months, scared of what number will be reflected! I will weigh in tomorrow morning, so I can actually put a number on here, and have a real goal in mind!

GW: 140 but I'll be happy with any loss at this point CW: 161 - down 4 lbs (and it's TOM!) Yeah I have been using the Calorie Counter website and it's amazing the amount of calories in foods. I had 6 perogies last night at dinner. It wasn't until I entered my food that I noticed that each is 170 calories!!! I think I'll start entering the food first to see what the number is so I can decide if I want it. Have a great week everyone |
