Spring into spring with energy and exercise -- join the April Exercise Challenge!
State your exercise goal and track it throughout the month with this supportive group of fellow exercisers. We'll compile our workout goals into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.
In March, I was recuperating from some medical issues, resulting in a goal of 750 minutes. I'm starting to feel a bit better now, so I shall double that goal for April.
I'm still dealing with back pain (sheesh!) but I'm at the point, now, where I think lack of exercise is doing more harm than exercise would. I got 810 minutes last month, so I'm setting a goal of 1000 minutes this month and continuing my daily exercise streak -- it's been going for five months, now!

April Goals:
1. 1200 minutes
2. 6 weight training sessions
3. plank - 15 days for April (I'm going to try to work up to holding the plank for 1 minute 45 seconds)
I met my minutes goal last month but was short 1 WT session so I'll see if I can get 6 sessions this month. I also want to add the 15 days of doing the plank for the month of April. I plan to start with 40 seconds and see if I can work up to 1 min 45 sec in 15 sessions.

I'm hurting quite a bit as I wait for my hip replacement in early June, but I know that moving is good for me.
My public goal will be 600 minutes of intentional exercise.
