Nice work everyone!

Hi Love!

Besides having the scale drop, my goal is to really stay on plan and avoid alcohol. I've been totally alcohol free for 31 days now and it's awesome! While I'm not an alcoholic, I do love drinking and it interfered with healthy eating. So the struggles are usually smaller daily

I am so with you, dcapulet. Also not an alcoholic, but I totally recognize that it messes things up for me healthy eating-wise and in regard to my physical abilities the day after. Keep up the good work!

My muscles are in repair from adding resistance workouts back in, so my weight's kind of at a stand still. Hopefully, I'll see a "whoosh" soon!

I think losing 4% in 28 days is a bit of a stretch for me time wise, but it's nice to see that lower goal weight number as motivation to get there eventually! The important thing is that the scale keeps moving down!

It's been a really hard week with TOM and other stuff. On plan calorie wise 100%, ate on carb meal this week, so food 99%.

219.9 this morning - -1lb. I didn't expect any during TOM.
