    Spent the day OP - and i almost didn't eat my planned snack because i didn't think i wanted it. Skipping meals can be a problem for me so I carefully count the calories and ate the bar even though I didn't want to. Now I feel so much more energized! So it's easier to trust my plan.
  • You knew, I had something like that come up for me, recently. I know that everyone says that you should just listen to your body, but sometimes your body lies. Like when my body demands a second slice of pecan pie!
