Kelijpa: There was NO WAY I was weighing after Vday. I mean, why waste a Monday with the scales! You'll get back to your low! You can do it. Here's some for you!!

Started month at 264 but only 4 pounds lost so far for Feb goal...not sure if 6 more are possible by end but going to keep pushing on.

K9owner I have to admit I was laughing about the donut top incident...only because I can relate. It must make it difficult to work somewhere so liberal with food. I guess I would avoid the break room and anywhere else they bring or keep the food but I know especially when we are not in our controlled environments that keeping up a good meal plan gets very difficult.

I hope everyone is doing great so far this Feb! I am hoping to get as close to goal as possible. It doesn't help to watch shows like the biggest loser and see how broken they look after ONLY losing 4 or 6 pounds a week. I am sitting over here thinking of all the un-natural things they are doing to their bodies just to get a number like that on the scale after so many weeks and they are acting like it's a complete let down. I have always liked to watch but I would hope that one day they would set more realistic goals and examples for us normal people trying to get healthy.

I had a good OP day yesterday. I did not workout but I ate healthy and drank lots of water and no binges. I will start back tracking my Points today. I feel so much better after one OP day. I also have a workout on the agenda for today. I'm slowly getting back into the groove of things.

Have a great OP day everyone.

I totally agree about Biggest Loser - I like to watch it, too! It's a guilty pleasure, though, because I know that they are playing with fire the way that they push their bodies to the limits. By the way - 4 pounds lost is nothing to sneeze at!

Tuca - Great loss! WTG!

Not going down the way I want. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but I do know that I am gaining muscle. My clothes are fitting much better and I've definitely lost inches. I just wish the inches and the pounds were both moving in the same direction.

It is great that your clothes are fitting better and that you are also measuring inches! Ultimately, it's great that you're gaining muscle, because more muscle = more calorie burning power.

I'm not on a specific plan. I really am just sticking to a stringent calorie deficit while eating whole foods, I drink a lot of water, I burn anywhere from 350-750 calories 6x/week. Thanks for the compliment! And stay positive. You are making change.
