Today I went almost the whole day without eating because of poor time management. That meant when I got home from work I ate like crap. I know that if I actually calculate how much I really ate it isn't that bad, it's more just how I feel. I've been discouraged by the scale and I haven't been sleeping much (so much stress in my life) so when I got off work I was tired and hungry (or more so hangry!) and I just said screw it. Luckily nothing I really wanted to binge on was in the house. Tomorrow is a new day.
You can do this LovelyLeah, I know you will get to your goal by the end of this month. Just think of the big picture, one day will not let you fail ^_^
Also, this question is for everyone, but is there a benefit to daily WIs or something?

Darius - it very well could be salt. Too much salt has pushed my weight up by about 3 pounds. Don't be discouraged!
Speaking of discouraged... LovelyLeah - DON'T BE! Like you said, tomorrow (today, I guess) is a new day. Also, it's Friday! Next week is a new week. Maybe you can do something this weekend to prepare for next week at work, so that your snacks are healthy ones and you're not so "hangry".
So far, the water weight is coming off. Phew! Hopefully I'll stay focused and keep myself (and help to keep my husband) on track. My body will get wise to what's going on soon, I bet.
