Let's build on our New Year energy into February. February is the month for love, so we'll love our bodies and treat them to good nutrition and healthy habits.

Join the February Weight Loss Challenge to set your goal, track it, and meet it -- with the help of a supportive and encouraging group. All the goals will be compiled into a list. As each goal is met during the month, it gets turned RED in celebration.

:wave: Hi all. I could hardly wait for a new month so I could join this thread. I've had 3 days of poor choices and the scale reflects it for sure! I'm up 3 lbs--basically back to where I started (170.6).

Goal: 6lbs (The 3 that are likely water, plus 3 more)

Hello I am committing to these weightloss goals for February.
1)My specific goal is 3lbs.
2)My hoped for goal is "to lose more than that".
3)My absolutely must do no matter what goal is NOT WEIGH HIGHER THAN I STARTED!

I will post starting weight tomorrow and weigh every day.

Well, my January was basically maintenance because of a family matter that came up. I'm looking forward to getting back on the road with this weight loss again in February!
