My day went nothing like planned, not surprising. But I did COMPLETE my challenge. Whew! Gonna take a few days off and start my new challenge on April 1st, no fooling .

Keep up the good work chickies.

My food restriction challenge got really derailed over Easter Break (crackers, bread, candy - ugh, I have poor self-discipline). I am way over my limit of 'pause days'. I really want to start over with a "fresh" challenge. I noticed some people have tried a 21-day food logging challenge and that sounds like something I'd like to try. Way to go on completing your challenge! You rock!

Hi Ladies, April is here, a new month is always a great opportunity for a new challenge.

Challenge: change just one small habit for 21 days, with up to three pause days!

My new Challenge will be keeping a food journal, with 3 possible pause days, started April 1st Will color date when achieved.

My challenge is no sugar for 21 days - with three pause days. This is a true challenge for me - but sugar is derailing my diet. It will end on my birthday - which I will celebrate with a big piece of cake!

nicoley, and to this thread. Yes, you have picked a hard challenge. Is that no sugars at all or no white sugars? I am going to try for no whites this next week, not sure I will succeed as I am at a workshop this Sat and Sun. The good news is I'm not cooking, the bad, I have no idea what is on the menu. Either way I will journal what I eat, so will continue will my challenge.

It's really more like no sweets. I'm not going to worry if my salad dressing has some sugar, but I'm trying to avoid it when I can. I did have some cocktail sauce on Sunday, but I did not eat any more Easter candy...I consider that a win!

Challenge: keeping a food journal,3 possible pauses, Color date when achieved. - A challenge to write down everything & very clear why I am not losing weight. Formulating a new diet with less grains and sugar.

I've been able to stay on plan with my diet better than usual. The not eating sugar is keeping me from over eating as well. I'm hoping to stay with it after the 21 days...
