    01/04 - 45 min/bike/weights (215/750) plus 1/4 WT

    So far 2016 is starting out well - just have to be consistent. Congrats to everyone to working on their goals.

    You guys have inspired me to make a goal of unintentional exercise! Seriously, I think I'm too sedentary when I'm not exercising...and please don't suggest a fitbit...I don't need another appliance that will just get broken!

    Unintentional exercise...I park in a lot at work where I have to walk up steps to get in the building, now I have to park there or I won't remember where my car is
