  • Hi everyone. I have 2 goals for Jan:

    1. to do 750 minutes of intentional exercise;
    2. plus 1 weight training session per week (4 WT in total for Jan).

    01/01: 75 min walking

    TOTAL: 75/750 minutes
  • 1. Run 4x/week.
    2. Cross-train 1x/week.
    3. Strength training 1x/week. (This is new for me.)

    1: 40 march; 40/1200, 1/23 8K
  • 1/1 ✔️ 20 min cardio, 10 min free wts & ab work
    1/2 ✔️ 10 min cardio, so far 5 min free wts, 30 sec plank

    Hi.

    I'm new to this forum but not new to making goals/making lists.

    I am looking to move for 30minutes every day. Doesn't have to fast or anything. I am looking to create a habit. To do this with intention.

    So looking for 930 minutes this month, daily. I already missed yesterday, so 30 will have to be made up. That's ok too. I'm not perfect.

    Also I'd like 30 of the 930 minutes to be spent dancing. My spirit needs the lift.
    I'll check in again later.

    Sealed in the envelope goal: average 500y per day

    January 3 days in and 3 workouts done -
    Jan 1 - walk 5kms
    Jan 2 - weights session at the gym
    Jan 3 - elliptical and treadmill at the gym
  • Jan1 -2x 5km parkrun (too much!)
    Jan2 -3km jog/walks
    Jan3 -2.5km gentle walk

    As well as yoga and muscle workouts 10min a day.
