Yay! Time to get some weight off before the Holiday Season begins! :crossed: I am really hoping to make it to the lower half of the 170's this month (and that won't be easy--the high 170's love me and hate to let me go :lol: ), so I'm shooting for 174 lbs. Ok,
This could be a big month for me! I am within 8 pounds of one-derland for the first time in 8 years!!! It's going to be a little tricky, lots of family events (with food), Halloween treats and my 17 year wedding anniversary (going out to special dinner), but I am gonna give it a really good shot! My additional goal is to walk/ bike a minimum of 5 days a week for 20-40 minutes each time. Thanks for the new thread Joy! SW 137.6 GW 135.0 It's almost TGIF :cheer: First day of October and it definitely shows with our weather. But it's beautiful anyway, just a little chilly. Jacqui & PrairieQueen Thanks and I'm so excited to be close to final goal. The months really went fast. I wouldn't have gotten this far so fast without the support of this forum :hugs: Maintenance is kind of scary, but I'm determined to stay on the right track and continue my journal by staying active here. Goal Weight: 207.3 (-8.0) I hit a major milestone today. I got to 50 pounds lost on this reboot (and one ounce). Just under 40 to go!!! (and until the last couple weeks, it's been easy). My goal is to get to under 200 by my birthday which is December 10th I think I can do it! I slacked off a bit in September and only lost 2 pounds but at least it was a loss! In October I plan to lose 15 pounds to put me under my 10% loss goal.
