I'm trying a new thing that is incorporating short fasts into my diet, probably twice a month. I think my body might be pretty well equipped for that (hunger doesn't really make me feel that bad). We'll see how this goes!
I have a feeling september is going to be a good month for us all, as long as we don't get too tempted by the pumpkin flavors stuff starting to come out! hehe
August's goal was 15 pounds and I hit 10.2lbs. So, for september I'm going to shoot for 12 pounds

Mydarlingqueen, ohhh, pumpkin flavors, that's right! I have two favorite flavors: mint chocolate and pumpkin! I'll have to start being extra diligent!
haha yes. I think I can push through the pumpkin flavored stuff if I have to but I'm going to have a hard time when eggnog milkshakes come out for the holidays! They are my big weakness!

i bounced around the same pounds forever last month and never got a whoosh. I have finally, for sure, ovulated 3-4 days ago and now I've lost over 5 pounds in three days and I know the whoosh isn't over. How and why does my body hold onto so much water while it preps for ovulation???

I had a good month by weighing and posting every day. I think I can get an even better month if I add a goal to eat no more than 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. Any more than that and I'm on a slippery slope toward eating all the time.
So here, are my September goals: daily weigh, post, & eat no more than 5 times
