  • Well, I think the streak is over. I'm expecting AF any minute and I want to eat salty and junk food so bad!!! Which is a true sign that AF is about to show up. But... at least that stallout of 6 weeks was truly a stall out and not me overeating as no one can lose over 11 pounds in 2 weeks without being sick, otherwise.

  • Well this is just getting worse and worse I did have a bad day yesterday food-wise, so today is going to be strictly on plan, and I'm also going to try reducing my calories by around 100 (not much but gradual steps). I'm also going to try to get some more walking in.

    9/10 - 164.6 Back to Monday's weight....still a little puffy....fingers crossed for a small whoosh tomorrow
  • I'm given up on my strict two snacks a day experiment. I've struggled all month to keep those two snacks small -- apparently, I need the option of a third snack (even if I rarely take it) to have confidence in keeping the other two small. Plus, I was hoping that the 2-snack rule would keep me from going off the rails and it clearly didn't. Worthy experiment, but some experiments fail.

    9/11 - 164.6 No whoosh but that's okay....salty brat and sauerkraut last night.... no worries. Still -4 lbs for the month; 19 days to lose the other 2.2 lbs.

  • Perimenopause is weird. That's all I have to say... AF should be here... it's not... which leads me to believe it was an anovulatory month, but that my body stopped TRYING to ovulate... so weird... whatever... :-) Still chugging, just not at record speed!
