Well, I think the streak is over. I'm expecting AF any minute and I want to eat salty and junk food so bad!!! Which is a true sign that AF is about to show up. But... at least that stallout of 6 weeks was truly a stall out and not me overeating as no one can lose over 11 pounds in 2 weeks without being sick, otherwise.

I did have a bad day yesterday food-wise, so today is going to be strictly on plan, and I'm also going to try reducing my calories by around 100 (not much but gradual steps). I'm also going to try to get some more walking in. 

I've had a great on plan week and hope to keep it up over the weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
