    9/09 - 165.2 Just a bump on the hump....day; water retention from salty, delicious pub food last night...I'm still puffy but I WILL flush it away today!
    9/10 - 164.6 Back to Monday's weight....still a little puffy....fingers crossed for a small whoosh tomorrow
    9/11 - 164.6 No whoosh but that's okay....salty brat and sauerkraut last night.... no worries. Still -4 lbs for the month; 19 days to lose the other 2.2 lbs.
    9/12 - 163.8 Yeah! 1.4 to go.
    9/13 - 164.0 bad girl at the pub last night and I'm not talking about too much grub. it was a lose/lose.....today I'm puffy and tired; I'm too old to be up past ten pm.
    9/14 - 165.8 TOM is here a week late, but last month was week early, so I guess one side is on time and the other side is out of sync.
  • Happy Monday!!

    Well I have had one stressful weekend with my 15-year-old. The scale is steadily heading down but the stress levels are soaring. Regardless, still on-plan and fighting the good fight. Sure hope you guys have an amazing day!
  • Not having a good time of it this month. The weekend wasn't good food-wise either so i'm probably up on the scale. I will try to weigh in tomorrow.

  • Still no loss for me. I got back down to where I was at 202-203 and seemed to be stuck there. Last week I didn't get in enough exercise but this week I'm going to do better. I also ate too many nuts last week since I wasn't eating sugar or any other snacks. This week I am going to stay away from the nuts and eat more fresh fruits. I'm also drinking more water. I so want to see 199.

    I was au 265 sept 1st, now thanks to a cold with fever I'm at 260 lol

    I want to keep that lost, shread a few additional pounds and end the month at 256.
