I am good! Back is doing well, but I gained 20+ pounds because of the inactivity and restrictions. -- Now I feel no pain, so back to weightloss!
How are you?? How is the new job going?
I'm glad your back is better and you are able to get back to weight loss I'm good. Trying to get back to the 150's but can't get a grip on things like I did before. I need to get back on the treadmill but hubby signed us up for the two year membership so I have to wait two more months till it expires to start a new one at the gym near the job. I'm confident that I'll get this weight off then. The job is going well but with the hours that I work I have gained 23lb since changing crafts. So yeah the treadmill is definitely gonna help because I won't pig out after 3+ miles
I know this is a late start, but I am up for a challenge. I know this is a pretty big goal, but I hope to be in Onederland by New Years Day.
When I signed on to my current program they said average loss is .5 to 1 pound/per day. I have been on my plan for 72 days and have lost 51 pounds. That averages .7 pounds per day. During those 72 days I had a week that was not on plan due to a family emergency followed by a funeral. I have 68 pounds to go there are 98 days until Christmas, if I continue to stick to my plan and continue to lose at the rate I have I will make it, and still have a little wiggle room!
I want to join you all! I'm 44 and have the metabolism of a an elephant ever since I started taking fluoxetine a year and a half ago. I started a couple of weeks ago and was doing great but then fell off the wagon again so I could use some support. I really want to feel healthier. Have more energy, less aches and pains. Thanks for doing this, it's a great idea!
I'm a little late to this party, hope you don't mind if I jump in
