appreciate the support, I know the feeling on birthdays, ours are between November and April so have the worst part of the year coming up if you include Halloween, xmas and new year. lol I'll manage though and remember i'm lighter than I would have been. I managed to put on a waterproof jacket this morning I couldn't wear a couple of months ago, ideal to be back in it for autumn dog walking

? Yup, that's me. I've been on 3FC nearly every day but for some reason this dropped off my radar. In my absence it looks like many of you have seen some dramatic results! Very impressive

I just updated the halloween challenge that I was on (today)

as you well know I start a daily weigh in thread monthly and sometimes go MIA ... it happens ... we'll get back to it, we always do
