    Vickie Lou I totally agree with love! I think it is terrific that you started this challenge, it really is a wonderful challenge and myself , as I am sure all of us, are very thankful for it. The important thing is that we are here and I feel that struggles and the like are also part of the journey.

    Challenge started on 8/25. I weighed 175.5. I had loss some because on 8/16 I weighed n at 179.1. My start date for the challenge was 9/1 weighing in at 173.6. In September my highest weight was 178.1 on 9/21. However I got down to 169.8 on 9/29 and 9/30. Then in October back up to 176.8 on 10/22. So I have literally been all over the place This month I jumped up to 177.3 on 11/2 ... <---- Just some info for me to look at

  • I have managed to pass my 30 pound goal for this challenge already (191.6 today). I would have never thought that possible 3 months ago. This forum has been a huge help. I'll try and decide on a realistic new goal weight before Tuesday. Crossing my fingers for more of you to hit your goals soon, so proud of all of you!

  • How's everyone doing? Great I Hope. I decided to change my weigh in day to Saturday. I'm on a carb plan that has a reward day on Sunday. I weigh in on Saturdays so decided to change the weigh in day. Good Luck, Everyone!
