I had a fantastic holiday weekend. Ate plenty and drank a few. But I'm right back on track today. Ready to drop at least a pound this week even though TOM is right around the corner. I can do this! Keep Calm and Carry On. :) |

Well, I'm not doing very well at the moment - SW - 180 GW - 173 6/7 - 181.8 We've just got back from being on holiday, and I did really well the first half of the week, but gave in to temptation in the second half. I'm hoping at least some of it is water weight, but it might just be apple-crumble-and-custard weight!! Oh well, keep on keeping on, new day and all that. Xx |

Good morning ladies! Checking in on my phone and I can't wait to get back home and onto my computer and start doing personals again! GNO was fun, low key, but I managed to drink an entire bottle of wine. Whoa! Oddly enough, despite only three hours of sleep, that bottle of wine the night before and having a Three Muskteers, I had the best run since January the next day! Lol not sure how that happened. Been staying busy while on vacation, although not particularly active other than my workouts. I have been sewing and painting and crafting for my sister's wedding and it's exhausting! I am just not cut out for marathon sewing and crafting anymore.
Well girls, I hope everyone is having a great morning! Be sure to get put there and keep moving and DRINK YOUR WATER! Next time I write you, I'll have some new ink!!
