magistra ~ I was surprised to see the drop, but I'm prepping myself for a jump when I get back home to my own scale. My mom's is accurate, but still, I live with my scale so that's what I go by. Lol

I am coming in at far below and I think that's why I had the jump today. TOM is just about outta here so I should have a little whoosh, but a gain? Grr... Anyway...tonight is girls' night with my childhood bestie! Movie, dinner and a drink or two, I will be good. No popcorn, healthy dinner...maybe more drinks the necessary, ;) but I'll keep it under control. :D Hope everyone is having a great morning! Oh, one last thing, a completely off topic question for those of you who might have tattoos...is it necessary to tip and if so, how much? SW 241lb GW 231lb 01/07/15 - 241lb 02/07/15 - 240lb (1lb lost) 03/07/15 - 239lb (2lb lost) 04/07/15 - 238lb (3lb lost) Worked round my 'Friday night pudding' whereby our family have a big pudding. Had sugar free jelly with rhubarb and strawberries from the garden baked with sweetener instead of sugar. It was lovely! :) So chuffed I still lost weight. |
Feeling much better this am, scale went the right direction :)

7/2: 178.6 7/3: 178.4 7/4: 178.8 The water weight is taking me longer than I thought to get off...I think I haven't been drinking enough so I'm probably retaining water from that as well as lots of sodium yesterday. Tonight I'm going to see fireworks for the 4th, and there will probably be lots of bad, fried things there as well. I'm trying to be really good this morning and afternoon, so if I do get something (which I'm planning on not getting anything, but...) I won't undo the whole day and I'll stay within my calories and get all my good nutrients in at least. Good luck to everyone this weekend at barbecues and other events! |
My body has just been raging against me lately. B12 deficiency plus TOM equals zombie Leah. I have no energy and no appetite (the left over cake, ice cream, and garlic bread in the fridge isn't even appealing which is saying something). But I'm pushing through and make myself eat enough. Secretly I wish I could just take advantage of not wanting food and skip eating but that's not going to help my energy and it's not a healthy weight loss strategy. Poo...

So funny, so talented. gardenerjoy It's interesting how making a habit of posting every day makes us stay on track. About mid-May I stopped posting and I gained weight.
