Normally, I weigh first thing in the morning. This morning as I was preparing for a family get-together to celebrate Independence Day, I forgot and by the time I did weigh, I was up a lb. But guaranteed tomorrow I will be up a WHOLE lot more because today was my Carb Day and, oh my, did I eat some carbs! :hungry: I hope everyone celebrating had a nice 4th of July today! :flow1:

Leah, good for you pushing yourself to eat even when you don't have an appetite. You do need to eat. I'm sorry you are feeling so out of sorts. :(

GordonGirl, drink up! Water will help with extra water and too much sodium!

Noggs, wow, you've already had quite a whoosh! :carrot:

Joy, thanks for the list! :thanks:

Darius, thanks for the alphabetized list! :jig:

30toGo, woohoo on the scale going the right direction! :goodscale:

Sandye, I hope you had a great girls night out :gossip: and that your weekend is going well!

I would like to join. This is ambitious for me but I have confidence that I can achieve it as I'm just restarting my fitness dream and tend to drop the first 20 pounds rather easily. Good luck!

Some of the water weight is coming off, yay! But I still feel really bloated so hopefully there's still some more to come off yet. Also I've found that caffeine has actually been helping my energy levels a lot. I know that's a no-brainer for a lot of people but caffeine has rarely given me a boost in the past so it's nice to have something help out a bit. It'll also help flush out this excess water too!

Hope it's just water weight and maybe due to daily weighing fluctuations or maybe because I worked yesterday - taking tablets for aching feet. My diet is on track so just have to have faith the scale will move down again.

Good Morning Everyone:)

Just finished my 3 mile walk at the High School track. Such a beautiful day to be outdoors. Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm starting to weigh in on Saturdays now. My weight this Saturday was 152.4.

It's now time for some :coffee: Have a great Monday, will try to check in later.

gardenerjoy 07-06-2015 10:01 AM

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend -- especially those of us who had a weekend of picnics and fireworks. And, that we're all ready to get right back to our healthy routines!

Boy, am I glad that long holiday weekend out of town is over! SO hard to stick with the diet. For the most part, I did okay. Drank a few beers, which is definitely a no-no for me. Weigh in is tomorrow morning...we'll see how much damage I did. Nice to be back in the routine today. Hope everyone had a fun time!
