Well, I knew this month would get crazy but I didn't know just how crazy!

I'm at 9.3 miles out of my goal of 40. Certainly won't be making goal in the next few days, but I'm trying to do some short runs every day and by Friday I should have a good idea of what's achievable in August for me.

Nonameslob ~ I agree with GardenerJoy, use this month to figure out what your goals for next month will be. Despite it being a crazy month for you, you did a fantastic job! You should definitely be proud of what you accomplished. :)

Not bad considering I took a full three weeks off and am now running at elevation in a different climate. I know I won't be back up to 40 miles/month in August but I'm shooting for 30.
