July 1: UBST (upper body strength training) July 2: 35 mins walk/jog July 3: LBST & Abs July 4: 45 mins walk/jog (awesome treadmill--jogged for 30 mins straight which for me is kind of a big deal ;) ) July 5: Rest day July 6: UBST July 7: 35 mins walk/jog (back outside, not as great as the treadmill, bit I didn't burst into flames so there's that. Lol) |
