7/8-7/14: 5 hours at competition ~45 min of dancing, 75 min dance class, 30 min dance practice

7/5- yoga and abs, strength, cardio (lots of weeding in the garden, too!)
7/6- yoga and abs, cardio (c25k week 1 day 3)
7/7- yoga and abs, strength, cardio
7/8- cardio (c25k week 2 day 3)
7/9- cardio, yoga and abs, strength
7/10- abs, yoga, cardio
7/11-stretches, abs, cardio (practically vertical hike to lookout point)

Good morning ladies!! Great work so far! Let's keep it up!!

July 1: UBST (upper body strength training)
July 2: 35 mins walk/jog
July 3: LBST & Abs
July 4: 45 mins walk/jog (awesome treadmill--jogged for 30 mins straight which for me is kind of a big deal ;) )
July 5: Rest day
July 6: UBST
July 7: 35 mins walk/jog (back outside, not as great as the treadmill, bit I didn't burst into flames so there's that. Lol)
