Finally home and able to post properly! :) July 1: UBST (upper body strength training) July 2: 35 mins walk/jog July 3: LBST & Abs July 4: 45 mins walk/jog (awesome treadmill--jogged for 30 mins straight which for me is kind of a big deal ) July 5: Rest day July 6: UBST July 7: 35 mins walk/jog (back outside, not as great as the treadmill, bit I didn't burst into flames so there's that. Lol) July 8: LBST and Abs July 9: 40 mins walk/jog July 10: UBST July 11: 34 mins walking July 12: Rest Day July 13: LBST and Abs July 14: 41 mins walking July 15: UBST July 16: 46 mins walking July 17: LBST and abs July 18: 46 mins walking July 19: Rest Day July 20: UBST July 21: 48 mins walking July 22: LBST and Abs July 23: 35 mins walking July 24: UBST July 25: 60 mins walking July 26: Rest Day As you might have noticed, the walking/jogging turned into walking. Well, my sports bra became a wee bit too big while I was gone so I opted to just walk vs. buying a new one (since I have a smaller one here at home and I'm cheap and didn't want to spend the money on a new one. ;) ). I did it!! I got in every single workout during my vacation! Truthfully the only time it was tricky was when we got to our hotels late or had to leave super early--those were the days I had to really pull up my boot straps and get it done! ;) |
