Hey all! Bit late to the challenge this month, as I haven't logged in for a bit, but better than not at all.
The goal I set for myself this month was 186,000 steps on my fitbit. I had a pretty rocky start this month but am getting back on track. 1: 5,200 2: 6,362 3: 673 4: 2,090 5: 2,502 6: 4,752 7: 6,626 8: 7,152 9: 11,215 10: 15,257 11: 10, 273 12: 4,150 76,252 Done! 109,748 To go! |
I am SO late getting in with the exercise challenge this month. Talk about being busy but the good thing is that I am still working out everyday and losing weight. My goal this month is just to keep doing my 6 day a week workouts. I spoke with my trainer this afternoon and he's increased the intensity of my exercise to hopefully get me off this plateau i've been on for the past month. I've got a big goal i'm shooting for by November and it should help.
