Hi everyone, I am new and trying out a couple different weight loss forums. I am looking for a place with challenges and interaction between members.
My start (March 4) weight: 237 lbs
Goal weight by April 1: 225lbs
I know 12 pounds seems extreme but I am just starting and am much larger than my body wants to be. I figure if I work hard this is a realistic goal for the first month.

CakeGirl75: my pattern of losing looks similar to yours at the moment -- lose a bunch and then hover for a while over that low weight. It's like my body wants to get used to it before losing some more.
Ughh, I am in the "hover" mode apparently, been between fluctuating between 160-161.2 (161 today) for almost 2 weeks! makes no difference in what I eat either, been as low as 1000 calories and my high is 1270 (most days between 11-1200 ) It's Super frustrating, but I am holding out for the whoosh! 150's are making me wait- but I am coming for them!

I'm at 225.2 this morning. TOM arrived on Monday evening and I've felt horrid ever since. Weather is yucking so not getting to do anything outside and didn't get to go to water aerobics but 2 days this week (instead of 4). Hoping to get in all 4 days next week and get back to my routine of jogging M,W,F.
Spring Break is just 2.5 weeks away!!!!

BFR I find 'em, too sometimes sometimes I think they're attached like a rubber band or are like a boomerang :/ it's 0.3 degrees today same as my gain for the week!
