I would not give that 2 lbs of liquid you are carrying around right now a second thought
I am 3 1/2 lbs more than I started the month with today, but I know that by the end of the month the scales will have removed that 3 1/2 plus another 6 to make my goal... that is the way it is for me
NOt gonna worry about it but if I did not know I have been taking in less than maintenance amount for me it would bother me.
I lost a lot of weight before getting pregnant with these challenges last year, and I want to get my baby weight off!!! My little guy is 10 weeks and I need some more motivation (Although I'm not sure I'll have time everyday to post!)
