Hi my name is Pat. I am a newbie here. I'd like to join the group. I'm setting my goals. 1) loose 5 pounds 2) drink more water less diet soda. Exercise 30 minutes 4 times a week. Starting with yoga and walking. I am not going to set an ounce amount yet but will be accountable to monitor my soda . I know this is feeble but will will post every day. I am starting my journey at 199.6. Want to be 194 by the end of March.

Just getting started again after a pregnancy and a major weight gain, so I need a little kick start...so, I'm going for 10.4 lbs for the month of March.

Hi everyone, I'm back on 3FC after being away for a bit while I was pregnant with my little guy! I'm down 25 lbs since delivering on Feb. 6, and have 22 lbs to go before I'm at pre-pregnancy weight.
I can't exercise yet, but want to start making better eating choices and hopefully slowly drop the rest of this baby weight. My goal for March is to lose 5 lbs. SW: 191.2 lbs. GW: 186 lbs. GW: 154 additionally, I am going to add drink at least 2 HUGE glasses of water a day...I usually stick to hot coffee & tea but know I need more straight H20. Good luck guys! |
