So I joined a challenge being held jointly by the school fitness center and the health center. It is called the slimdown showdown and it includes weekly meetings with the school nutritionist where you weigh in. I met her briefly at the info session and she seems super sweet but between the fact I am doing nutrisystem and I do best on low carb high fat diets I am wondering if we may end up having to agree to disagree on a lot of things. I hope not :( I hate being told I am doing it wrong when I have tried their "right" over and over and over and can't sustain it. Maybe because the general public is starting to realize fat isn't as awful as they think she will be more open minded than other nutritionists (and trainers and ...) that I have spoken to before. I will let y'all know how it goes. :)
