I'll join to stay accountable. I have put on mega pounds since breaking my back. Eating has been out of control. -- I may not be able to shed any, but at least, if I did not gain more during the month of January.

:carrot::bravo:JOY:cb::cp::carrot: Thank for making this thread, I was beginning to think you wern't :) And congratulations to all of you who made your December goals and congratulations to all of you who lost any weight. And congratulations to all who are just starting a weight loss, you have joined a circle of winners. The first step is the hardest and you just took it. For this month I am going back to my 6 lb per moth goal. I missed the last goal but did not expect to make it. But now I see I could have :D But I backed off for health reasons. (Jump on that Mrs. Snark :) ) once more I will not go over 2200 even on those insane days :) (And I know I am the ONLY one that has them :D ) Starting weight 196.4.... .6 lb under my Xmas goal. New goal weight 190.4, and no going over 2200 calories. I will post my daily weights and calories but only once a week. Good luck to all yall losers, sure glad to be one of ya ;) B F R And a special congrats for Kelijpa with her 2.5 lbs loss, she has worked harder for that than I have for my weight loss. Good morning - I'd like to join in this month. My goal is to lose 7 pounds in January and get to 205. I lost a total of 25 pounds in 2014 and am aiming for 165-170 by the end of 2015. Right now I am trying calorie counting and will see how that goes. I lost the 25 pounds following Weight Watchers.

Ok, so I started staying on track on Monday, I seem to have flushed the majority of my water weight already so today's 259.5 seems to be at least close to true weight. I think I will aim for 8 pounds this month, if I hit it early somehow I will go for a stretch goal. SW: 259.4 GW: 251.4 |

Gah! I've been off 3fc for the last 3 weeks because of all that was going on through the holidays. Thankfully I haven't gained much weight. I'm only starting 3 pounds up from my low. Although, I might have some trouble in the last part of the month as my Birthday is on the 21st.

I'm in! I lost 31 lbs in 2014, and the support on this forum has helped me a ton! I'm very happy to be starting the new year weighing a good bit less than I did last year. It feels good!

Alright. 2015. It's on. I'm weighing in at 173.6 after a long week of eating like crap and drinking like a fish. Was down to 150 and let it alllllll go. This time it's not that I don't like the way I look. I don't like the way I feel. And I remember feeling so great before. Any who. Let's do this!

I'm joining at 235.8 (1/1/15/) That is up pounds since Christmas and up .8 since Thanksgiving. Needless to say, I didn't make my December goal!

I let it go during December, so my January goal is to get back in the 130s. Not super ambitious but I will be traveling out of town for a conference next week so losses should be slower.

Feeling very disappointed in myself...I am up to 172 after three months off plan and pretty much doing whatever I wanted, eating and drinking whatever I wanted. So...here I am! Back again and so glad to see that all of you are still here. Happy New Year to you all! I just resigned up for WW...so off I go!!!
