I fractured my back about a week ago. So my weight loss has been put on hold. I hope that I won't gain million pounds during the next three months, when I am "grounded".

JB, you are past your first months rapid loss stage and now entering the perilous area to cross which is filled with ups and downs, plateaus. It also has those wonderful hidden places one steps into called "whooshes." Just keep taking in less calories than you need to maintain and exercise as much as you can and the weight overall will continue dropping. Just not as fast without some changes in lifestyle. Don't let it get to you. Good luck and hang in.
