I am new to 3FC. I am counting calories and am doing well. I am actually very proud of myself for sticking to it like I have. I am going on a family vacation to Disneyland in November and would really like to be down to goal weight by then. Wish me luck!

It seems like your goal is very reachable before you go to Disney, so you'll be able to really enjoy your accomplishment while on vacation! Congrats on sticking with calorie counting, GO YOU!

Wow! Everyone seems to be doing well.
It is so great to see the black turn to red as we all reach our goals.
I come back over and over during the day to see how dedicated everyone is and it keeps me on course and motivated.
We can do this.
