    As for me. I've managed to lose about 2 lbs/1kg in a week . I haven't been dieting or exercising much more than normal so I put it down to the 3FC support. Thank you all
  • My goal is to lose 16 pounds this month.
  • Going to be a much slower month, but that's OK. Scale is still going down.
