    Well haven't been on in a week... last Friday I lost my job (company closure) AND found out I'm moving. 4lb loss already from stress!
    Will try to check in as much as I can until I can't find my laptop from the
    move and the mess! (and I can't change my ticker...)

  • My target is 212# (a loss of 1.4#).
    Since I lost 1.5 in May, this seems like a reasonable goal for June.

  • The scale has absolutely not budged. Well, it fluctuated up but this morning, I am again at 210. I realize my plan is about slow loss (maybe I shouldn't have chosen a monthly weight challenge...) so I'm accepting of this. This next week, though, I'm making a goal to have one smoothie a day and also to drink six big glasses of water a day.

  • Okay so I fell off the wagon! But then I got back on Whoo! My sleep schedule has been crazy. My body had no clue what day it was because my insomnia turned into sleeping... All day. So I got confused. Is it a new day to my body or is it the same? So yea. 2 pounds away from being under 200! Can't wait!

  • 1 pound away from being free of the 200s! Yay! My sleep is still so off. I always either sleep 20 hours or 4. Past two days have been 4. Bleh.
