Hi there!! So I've been a little gone from the forum lately but I'm here and back with a vengeance! Classes have been super busy but my food has been on track and so have my workouts...I'm not doing daily weigh ins...but my next weigh in will be not this Sunday but the following Sunday.

My goal is to hit 155 by March 1!

Busy busy day ahead. Not much time for anything. Sooo sore from yesterday! Gonna really try to squeeze in a half hour yoga video and/or a half hour in the garden today, but I highly doubt I'll be able to do both, or either, for that matter.

kelijpa, i like the way you make little notes on the daily by the numbers. seems like a great way to monitor what happened during the month. i'm going to copycat you. :)

So far so good although last weekend was rough. I craved every possible sugary fattening food, but only gave in on Saturday night and stopped myself before a full-on binge. What I'm focusing on this week is more consistency with exercise.

I'm just now setting my weight loss goal for the month. I've been struggling for weeks, so I'm going back to the basics: every day I will Weigh, Write my food plan, and Write a post at 3FC. I'm call it my 3Ws. So, my February goal is to complete my 3Ws every day for the rest of the month.

Starting weight 2/1/14 212.4
Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories.
Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm.
Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today.
Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea.
Should be able to stay away from food after 7pm. Need to get out for walk but have to try and get my Mom's and my taxes done.
Update, 30 minute walk and 10 minute walk and 10 minutes of wood stacking.

nightangel, i hope this isn't taken in a bad way, but i lol'd! i have so been there and i empathize. you know it's just around the corner, but still, every day you see the same damn number you wanna throw the scale in the trashcan. here's to tomorrow and a lower number! :carrot:
